Honda ‘The Other Side’ most creatively awarded digital ad

The Gunn Report rankings published in Campaign showed that Honda The Other Side was the world's most creatively awarded digital campaign in 2015.

In the same report Wieden+Kennedy London ranked joint ninth most-awarded agency in the world, not far behind W+K USA (Portland + New York combined) which ranked fourth in the world for 2015. 

WWF #EndangeredEmoji wins twice at The Drum Social Buzz Awards

WWF #EndangeredEmoji picked up two awards at The Drum Social Buzz awards. #EndangeredEmoji is a first of a kind Twitter-based fundraising campaign launched by WWF. Its objective is to help raise awareness of and protect endangered species around the world. We were honoured to win for the Best Use Of Twitter and Best Charity/Not-for-profit Strategy. Animal buzz

Our WWF #EndangeredEmoji campaign picked up two awards last night at The Drum Social Buzz awards.

Introduction

EndangeredEmoji is a first of a kind Twitter-based fundraising campaign launched by WWF. Its objective is to help raise awareness of and protect endangered species around the world. There were some strong contenders for the Best Use Of Twitter and the Best Charity/Not-for-profit Strategy categories but we were honoured to win both for WWF.

The Craft Comes First

Another fabulous haul for W+K London at the British Arrows Craft awards last night.

3 GOLDS for Honda 'The Other Side' for best achievement in production, best colourist and best sound design 
 
1 GOLD for Finish 'Dishes' for best production design

1 SILVER for Arla SKyr 'The Messenger' for best production design

W+K win Agency of the Year at the Shots awards

Wieden+Kennedy London won Agency of the Year at the 2015 Shots awards last night.

Lurpak Freestyle won Silver for Best Use of Music. Honda The Other Side picked up three Silvers for Sound Design, Branded Content and Online Film of the Year and a Gold for Digitial Campaign of the Year.

Honda Ignition won Gold for Best Use of Sound Design and Finish Dishes picked up Silver for Television Commercial of the Year.

Last night at Shots

The Shots awards took place last night at The Brewery at the Barbican. There are some rather sore heads today as we celebrated winning Agency of the Year.

Judging by the shortlist, the competition was tough but we managed to pick up eight awards in total. #proud 

Lurpak Freestyle won Silver for Best Use of Music. Honda The Other Side picked up three Silvers for Sound Design, Branded Content and Online Film of the Year and a Gold for Digitial Campaign of the Year. 

Our Honda Ignition spot won Gold for Best Use of Sound Design and Finish Dishes picked up Silver for Television Commercial of the Year.

W+K wins Digital Agency of the Year at the Campaign Big Awards

Wieden+Kennedy London has been named Digital Agency of the Year at the 2015 Campaign Big awards. The Campaign Big awards celebrate the very best of creative advertising in the UK.

Honda The Other Side was awarded Gold in the Automotive category and also picked up Silver for the coveted Paul Arden Award which celebrates pieces of work that use alternative advertising techniques and that don't sit in a particular category.

Three #holidayspam won Silver in the Telecoms and Technology categroy and Finish Dishes also won Silver in the Household Goods category.

W+K named Digital Agency of the Year at Campaign Big Awards.

There are some rather cheery folk around the office today after a big evening at the Campaign Big awards last night at the Grosvenor House Hotel. 

Honda The Other Side, Finish Dishes and Three #holidayspam were all honoured with some shiny awards.

Honda won Gold in the Automotive category, Finish won Silver in the Household Goods category and Three won Silver in the Telecoms and Technology category.
 
Honda The Other Side was again honoured with Silver for the coveted Paul Arden award but perhaps the biggest win of the night was Gold for Digital Agency of the Year!
